Va Bene
About This Spot
Stepping into Va Bene feels like finding a quiet corner amidst the vibrant pulse of the Las Vegas Strip—a pause that invites you to slow down and savor simple pleasures. The air buzzes gently with low conversations and the faint hiss of espresso machines, crafting an atmosphere that’s both approachable and quietly refined. It’s a place where time stretches just enough for a calm moment, whether you’re starting your day or taking a thoughtful break from the city’s usual rush.
The pace here leans toward relaxed attentiveness. Staff members move with warmth and ease, offering genuine interactions that make you feel noticed without the rush common to busy tourist spots. This isn’t a place where you feel like another number in the crowd; it feels like a small, welcoming nook in a city known for its larger-than-life energy.
At Va Bene, the focus on thoughtfully prepared coffee is clear from the first sip. Whether you opt for an Americano served hot or iced, or a carefully crafted latte with a touch of foam and spice, the quality shines through in every cup. Sandwiches like the Caprese Panini or a comforting grilled cheese provide perfect, uncomplicated pairings for your beverage—a quiet luxury amid the usual fast pace of Strip dining. These choices feel less like a menu and more like little treasures discovered in the middle of a bustling day.
Customers returning here often notice the human moments: the friendly nod from the barista, the quick but friendly service, the subtle sense that you’re being taken care of thoughtfully. For visitors who might usually reach for one of the ubiquitous chains just steps away, Va Bene offers something different—coffee and food with a sense of place, a little more heart, a little more intention.
Finding Va Bene within The Chelsea Tower feels like uncovering a subtle secret in a city built on spectacle. It’s a reminder that even in the busiest spots, there are spaces where pause, quality, and authentic connection meet—sometimes in a simple cup of coffee.

Any chance I get to experience a new coffee shop, I'm going to be in front of the line...especially if it's preventing me from going to (and supporting) that one popular coffee chain that seems to be on every corner of every street, in every city, that everyone seems to love; just not this guy. My wife and I recently got two Americanos around mid-morning of 25 Feb 2024. After a long evening in the good ol' Las Vegas strip, this coffee definitely hit the spot with its bold/robust flavors. Due to our brunch plans, we didn't purchase anything to eat here, but my family and I have eaten here years ago and I recall that we all enjoyed what we ordered (sorry, I don't remember exactly what we ordered). Of noteworthy mention, my wife ordered a Vanilla Latté on the morning of 26 Feb 2024 and she stated how flavorful it was. The service was a little slow at certain times, but that's going to occur during peak hours with a certain amount of staff. As Las Vegas locals, I'm sure we, or at least I, will be back sometime in the future during our next staycation. Perhaps during that visit, I'll get something to eat and will update this review with the specifics. The prices here are reasonable for being on the Las Vegas strip. I have the utmost respect for this coffee shop because of their support to the active men and women of the Armed Forces, to include its Veterans - this is very much appreciated! I highly recommend this coffee shop to everyone, regardless if you're hungover or not.

It’s a shorter wait than bucks, but also pretty spendy. I got the ham and cheese croissant and a cold brew.

01/17/22: I typically go to Starbucks when I’ve stayed at The Cosmo, but wanted to try Va Bene. I got a coffee, ham and cheese croissant, and yogurt. Hands down the yogurt and ham and cheese croissant is much better than Starbucks. You do pay the difference for the better quality. The coffee was good. Nothing exceptional. Service was fast that morning, since I was the only one in line at that particular time that morning.

I recommend getting an “Americano” (hot or iced) which is like regular coffee but they make it with espresso by adding water to dilute like American coffee. Places like this have far better espresso than drip coffee because espresso drinks are made fresh every time. Mine is delicious! I ordered decaf with half and half with foam on top and cinnamon powder. This spot is conveniently located on the lobby floor right by the elevators to Chelsea Tower and the casino.

I wish that I had tried this place sooner on this trip, the service and drinks were both excellent. The Cafe Mocha and Cafe Latte both were way better than the Starbucks up front. To end this I will just say the employees are excellent, I actually felt like a person and not a number to a robot doing their job.
